  • Pre-Orders are available for select wigs or products that are currently out of stock but will be restocked or newly released.
  • When you place a pre-order, you are reserving your item in advance and guaranteeing that you will receive it as soon as it's available.

Estimated Shipping Dates:

  • The estimated shipping date for pre-ordered items will be provided on the product page. Please note that these dates are estimates and may vary depending on production or supply chain factors.
  • Once your pre-order item is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its delivery.

Payment for Pre-Orders:

  • Full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order.
  • If your pre-order includes in-stock and pre-order items, we will ship the in-stock items immediately and the pre-ordered items when they arrive.

Changes & Cancellations:

  • Pre-order cancellations can be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be accepted due to the nature of pre-order processing.

Synthetic Wig Return Policy

At Nicole’s Dolls House, we take great pride in providing you with high-quality wigs. All wigs are carefully inspected before shipping to ensure they meet our high standards. However, if for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below:

Returns & Exchanges:

  • We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your wig.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. The wig should be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, wigs that have been worn, altered, or removed from their original packaging cannot be returned.

How to Return or Exchange Your Wig:

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for return or exchange.
  3. We will send you instructions on how to return the wig.
