Shipping Policy

1. Domestic Shipping:
- Processing Time:Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
- Shipping Methods: We offer Standard (5-7 business days), Expedited (2-3 business days), and Next-Day (1 business day) shipping options.
- Shipping Cost:
- Standard Shipping: £5.99 or free for orders over £50.00
- Expedited Shipping: £12.99.
- Next-Day Shipping: £24.99.
- Tracking:Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

2. International Shipping:
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
- Shipping Methods: We offer Standard International (7-14 business days) and Expedited International (4-7 business days) shipping options.
- Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the package.
- Customs and Duties:The recipient is responsible for any customs fees, duties, and taxes.

3. Shipping Restrictions:
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses.
- Certain remote locations may experience longer shipping times.

Return Policy

1. Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached.
- Clearance items, final sale items, and customized wigs are not eligible for returns.

2. Return Process:
- Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at to initiate a return. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.

- Return Authorisation: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorisation (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or can return your wig at our salon for free. 

3. Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and applied to the original method of payment.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
