Synthetic Wig Return Policy
At Nicole’s Dolls House, we take great pride in providing you with high-quality wigs. All wigs are carefully inspected before shipping to ensure they meet our high standards. However, if for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below:
Returns & Exchanges:
- We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your wig.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. The wig should be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, wigs that have been worn, altered, or removed from their original packaging cannot be returned.
How to Return or Exchange Your Wig:
- Contact us at hi@nicolesdollshouse.com within 14 days of receiving your wig.
- Provide your order number and the reason for return or exchange.
- We will send you instructions on how to return the wig.
- Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund or exchange.
Shipping Costs for Returns:
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the wig is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returning your wig to ensure it arrives safely.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the return is confirmed.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges:
- If you wish to exchange your wig for a different style, colour, or size, please contact us, and we’ll be happy to arrange an exchange.
Damaged or Defective Wigs:
- Although all wigs are thoroughly inspected before shipping, if your wig arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will assist you with a replacement or refund.
