Pre-Order Policy

Thank you for choosing Nicole’s Dolls House! We offer a selection of products available for pre-order, allowing you to secure your favourite items before they are officially available.

How Pre-Orders Work:

  • Pre-Orders are available for select wigs or products that are currently out of stock but will be restocked or newly released.
  • When you place a pre-order, you are reserving your item in advance and guaranteeing that you will receive it as soon as it's available.

Estimated Shipping Dates:

  • The estimated shipping date for pre-ordered items will be provided on the product page. Please note that these dates are estimates and may vary depending on production or supply chain factors.
  • Once your pre-order item is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its delivery.

Payment for Pre-Orders:

  • Full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order.
  • If your pre-order includes in-stock and pre-order items, we will ship the in-stock items immediately and the pre-ordered items when they arrive.

Changes & Cancellations:

  • Pre-order cancellations can be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be accepted due to the nature of pre-order processing.
  • If you wish to modify or cancel your pre-order, please contact us as soon as possible at hi@nicolesdollshouse.com.

Delays:

  • While we strive to ship pre-orders as quickly as possible, please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any delays and update you with a revised shipping date.
