Return Policy for Pre-Order Items

Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for your pre-order items. After this period, returns will not be accepted.
Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for return.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges for pre-order items. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired size or colour.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.
Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and details. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
Extended Delivery Times: Please note that pre-order items may take up to 3 weeks to arrive. We appreciate your patience and understanding. The return policy timeline begins upon delivery, not the order date.
